After been reading alot of threads about the skill changes, and som did train for the worng ones, i can also see there is alot of players that didnt know about it :/
i can totally understand the new guys are confused about it, i think we can do a much better job at informing players about big game play changes
Maybe sending out mass mails, it can be the answer to the problems and no more whining about it, som may say i got lost in the 1bil mails he or she gets, but then you can make a tab in the mailing box labet the tab "CCP Announcements" then there can't miss it!

Useless as people would not read it anyway. Just need to check how many people voted for CSM after they did send a mass mail to everybody. The information was available. Poeple need to learn to look for info when an expansion is announced/coming. |

its true there need to look up the infomation by them self but it wont hurt to help ? |

How many dev blogs linked directly from the loader screen talked about the patch and the skill changes? If the information is right there at the first screen and people still do not read it, what else can be done? I personally don't want to see CCP spamming our in-game mail every time there is an announcement...or they decide to advertise Dust.
I do not trust most of the people posting about skill change confusing. I think it is much more likely that they did know a patch was coming and did see the notices about it and chose to only skim the information.
As a general rule, if you have no one to blame but yourself, that is when you get the most pissed off at someone else. |

It's like you're suggesting that we didn't get 15 months notice & a very informative devblog on the matter that was linked from both the launcher & character selection screen multiple times.
