I reckon they should do 'University of Caille','State War Academy' ect. university/college style t shirts or hoodies (hopefully you know what im talking about)
I'm sure that'd get you a few quizzical looks :)
Also loving the cufflinks idea - im a Square Mile-er myself.

Minifig metal ship miniatures (preferably scaled similar to battleship gothic ships, not that I play I just think the size is right.) Mostly, I'd want a Harpy/Hawk, Punisher, Deimos, and Megathron.
Make-your-own-poster deal like another poster said (HAH! I KILL ME!). You know, take a screenshot, email it in, get a poster. That would rock!

I would like to see ship models as well both finished and kits. I would especially be interesting in the navy poc, Buzzard, helios, manticore, nightmare, ashimmiu, phantasm, succubus, Enyo, ishtar, prophecy, that sweet little GM ship, zealot, rupture and any of the khanid ship variants, and the prorator. Hmm perhaps it would be better just to say all of em  . OFC I'd like them to have a level of detail that is better than the ingame models.
A nice touch would be accesories you could buy, also in better detail. Turrets and launchers are obvious in thier normal, named, and T2 variants, but perhaps you could purchase a stand for your ship with little slots in the base where you could place the little module representations for your in game setup? Even a place to insert your ships name?
Character posters would also be good using a web sight tool to use your portrait and perhaps a favored ship or two on a stellar background with whatever objects you'd like such a station, pos, etc. Perhaps the option to include character info such as corp, alliance, bounty, kills, etc.. could also be included.
Another take on the ship idea, how about a few models that can be used as carrying cases for the CCG that is due out? CCP could also really cater to fans with ship diaroma's depciting sceens in the game, interactive playsets featuring mini ships with carriers being the playsets, POS toys, station toys, pirate toys, perhaps a little homeworld style game using CCP ships (bet that's been suggested a hundred times before), a EVE chess set, or chess mini game available in game for two people to play against each other, or a retail software chess game in the vein of battle chess.
Anyway that's what I got off the top of the noggin. I'll post more if anything comes to mind.
