Nope - they are real ship models within the game - obviously someone has been messing about with the models :o
And i'm certain that at least 3 of those titans ar real.
The Gallente one has been seen several times, the minmatar was flown by TomB on several occasions and the amarr one has been there for a long time.

im 100% sure these are the EMPIRE ttians.
there was a breif mention that there are to be 8 titans in total.
these 4 are ingame now but have only been in events.
4 more will be added and used by players

Those are not the final designs, those have been in the game since beta. The Caldari one isn't even finished, as seen by the broken textures. Minmatar already have a new one, cos the drifter colony is stupid and ugly, yet I don't see it listed there.
So guess you aren't really looking at anything important

Those models look awful low quality - I'm guessing someone made them based on what they knew the Titans looked - there are some pictures of what the Titans actually look like but I dont know where to find them

Actually these are the game models he just is good with photoshop.
And as for finding the official pics....
