Quote: Gallenteans - the liberators of the universe.
I'd like to hear what the Caldari have to say about you. Will you hand them control of Caldari Prime before going on your little crusade
Hey man, let's get something clear. The Caldari and Gallente both tried to outmanuever each other in order to quietly introduce a flat, bladed object into the other's shoulder blades. The war was such a stalemate that it would probably have continued to this day if it wasn't for... why, YOU lunatics, attempting to "persuade" the Jove to your way of thinking...
The Gallente might one day return Caldari Prime, but the Caldari can never return the civilians massacred in their terrorst bombing campaign.
And i sincerely doubt that Caldari Prime's residents are fed drugs and whipped for the joy of it. The Gallente do that to themselves for fun anyway...

i know not this 'thread' of which you speak, but perhaps the author felt it relevant in light of recent political events... |

It's important to recycle. Just ask the Caldari.
To be honest, It's just another Amarr/Minmatar verbal slugfest, like many other more recent threads are. It wasn't until Rodj brought it up that I actually noticed the date.
I think that in itself should say something.
Le plus ža change...

Amarr would have nothing were it not for their pathetic slavery practices. And even at that, Amarr are weak and losing control.
Every day there are more Minmatar brothers and sisters freed from their shackles.
Amarr can't stop the exodus. Amarr can't stop the retribution. Amarr can only blab about how great they thought they once were.
Free all slaves!
Proud and free Minmatar, Mr. Binary

Amarr!
You speak with no knowledge of history!
The Minmatar were a spacefaring race when you found us. The Minmatar was on the verge of a breakthrough in Jumpgate technology, a method to travel between the stars without a jumpgate in the other end.
Minmatar builds your Imperial Fleets, our technicians have the knowhow you rely on to survive as a nation. We have been suppressed for millenia, yet we retain our traditions and our spirits are free.
You never won the war against the Minmatar. Truly, you overwhelmed our forces with superior might, back then, in the most cursed period of Minamatar history. We survived as a people, and although we lost so much, we are now a stronger nation for the spite of it.
The Minmatar people are the most numerous race in all of the galaxy. Our technicians are working as free men now, in our own laboratories. Our factories produce our own ships and weapons. We have the protection and understanding of the other Empires.
The Minmatar still forced beneath the terror regime that is the Amarr Empire will be free. You cannot stand in the way of the future. It is inevitable.
