how do I know you will actually transfer me this character after I transfer you ISK? could anybody veryfy that this kinda trade is safe and scam free :)

The easiest way is to make the sale conditonal.
1. You post all bids here, ensuring a 'paper trail' the GM's can follow.
2. If you win, you send half the cash, with the reason listed in the text box, as character sale (forum reference number)
3. Once you receive the char, you send the rest the same way.
All can then be checked and verified by GM's and Dev's alike. I understand your caution though.
Edit - I bought a character this way myself on my main account and can assure you it is safe as long as you follow simple precautions such as mentioned above. |

Am leaving for work in two mins but as soon as I get back I will post the screenshots for you.
Quick answer is sec status 0.0 - char not played, just hauled a bit and trained in station.
+1 implants fitted to Mem, Per, Int, Cha, Wis
Character is sat in southern empire at the moment in safe space.
