Looking for top of the line focused Tengu pilot wth max missiles and support skills.
I will pay extra for:
 Great standings for at least level 4 security missions but 5 is better
Stable, little, or no corp history
Little waste in anything else like industry, trading, etc. unless in scanning or covert ops
Decent name and female preferred but will look at all, I'll tell you if I hate your name or looks
I know what I'm looking for and will buy the right char instantly. No budget but very picky about what I will buy.
Please post eveboard link and instant buyout you want. If it's what I'm looking for I will accept, if price is too high or not a perfect Tengu than we can negotiate.
All CCP rules apply. I am very familiar with bazaar so will be a smooth transaction for right seller.

Thanks for offer, almost there and agree with lack of support skills and cross training. Correct me if I'm wrong but no level 4 security agents?

ur correct there are no lvl 4 agents available has a good name tho and awesome looking female char and the ability to fly a golem if u looking towards doing any missioning with a tengu should take no time to grind level 4 agents especialy the speed the tengu drops stuff |

Don't want to reply too much and get my thread locked but I saw you have a 4.5B BO, TBH I couldn't offer more than that. Not saying your toon isn't worth more than 4.5B but will have to pass.
