Hi i was just in a 0.0 system (sorry cant disclose the location) and i saw two Jovians in local, they went by the names of Veniel and Ouria.
they look kinda creepy, and spoke breifly in local, maby these are the ones involved in the TTI tech lvl 5 Mining laser?

No unfortunately i was reading these forums :( and when i got back they had spoken on local and were gone! :(
