I don't agree with CCP's gm/isd decisions like forum bans and post deletion but calling them ****'s is way overboard.
Proud CEO of the I have a mirel yirrin corpse and do freaky things to it club.

Agreed, if you are posting things that warrant a ban you'll get modded. Calling them names probably isn't going to help you any.

i wasn't banned.. but I somewhat agree to the original poster. I never liked some of the ISDs in the forum, they talk like regular customers... shouldn't they be more polite and diplomatic?
i would take locking of threads anytime than deleting threads.

Heh, if you think that'll cause waves, just wait for the article on the BBC news site...
(Just re-read what I posted. It was meant to be cryptic, but it didn't come out right. One of the BBC's technology reporters is an Eve player, and likes to comment on MMORPGS in his articles)

Ummmm well GM/Dev respones are usually private to you only, the mods on the forums i suppose coz it just causes problems not sure though.

Erm... didnt know that, thought it was interesting to have some damage control on it? Anyway, I didnt meant to cause any harm unless people are taking it otherwise. I see, hear nor speak no evil about this. I was just pointing out an interesting subject that may not be true and what users can help about it unless, denial is the best policy, then I will post no more about this.
I just thought it is best to let others know what is going on rather than being naive and ignorant. At least some others can post some truth behind it.

Links posted to something on another website follow the same posting rules as posting the actual content from the page. And that particular discussion (the 4s incident last night) isn't allowed to be discussed on the forums at this time.
In addition, any comments about moderation should be directed toward [email protected] with a link to the thread involved and your character name. You may not discuss moderation or GM actions on the forum as a matter of privacy. The communications we have with players are meant to be strictly private.
