Who the hell ever heard of a gift that expires? What is the purpose of that? It's a gift. Something that you give a person. If they don't use it and leave it in the box you don't go back and take it. This has to be the poorest excuse for a customer rewards program that I ever heard of. |

Stop complaining about nothing and learn to read. It clearly tells you if the gift will expire or not. You're not special...well, maybe you are.

The gift only expires, if you don't take it out of the redemption system.
The expiry date's clearly marked on it, so you can't say you didn't know.
