There doesnt seem to be any forum that quite fits my question so Ill give it a go here. Basicaly Im trying to contact CCP, Ive sent in 4 question forms via e-mail over the past 3 days or so, they were supposed to reply within one buisiness day. My problem is my first billing day after my free month came and I was charged (at least according to my banks records) twice on the same day. $12.95 withdrawn from my checking account 2 times back to back. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any other way of contacting the guys at CCP? I love this game but I dont want any mistakes when it come to my money and my checking account, bug in game I can patiently deal with, this is a different story all together and my patience is wearing thin.

Try talking to your credit card company if you can't get hold of CCP.

When signing up, did you click twice on the acceptance? I know this used to be a problem on my card a few years ago simply by double clicking - the automated credit card facility doesn't always pick up that you only want one account.
I'm not saying this definately happened - but might be one explanation.

Well I can see Im not alone with this particular problem Ive now sent about 4 or 5, cant quite remember, question forms over the past 5 days, Im not sure whether to cancel or not, Its not that Im upset a mistake is made, Its the lack of response thats upsetting and the not knowing if this is gonna happen again, and if it does what can I do about it.Too bad, to make a game as enjoyable as EVE but than to completely drop the ball when a customer has a problem, a paying customer who by the way bought EVE when it cost 50 clams. Not good, not good at all.

You can call your card company and reject the payment, say it was made illegally. Then your card company can deal with contacting them, they are very good at getting hold of people.
