I just said that if the listener is someone(I guess that substitues for µû¦ in this case?) who can't distinguish between Japanese and nonsense, that they should uninstall eve and go outside. Also, I added püápéépéôpü¡ because you said female voice.
I actually haven't heard the sound file in question.
The other person made a direct quote from Zero Wing's "All your base are belong to us."
I didn't even need to google what she wrote to know from where it was coming (even though I asked if it was the meme from Zero wing. Can sàâpâìpé+ translate, loosely, to meme? I don't know.) because the actual borked Japanese -> English translation which became a meme is exactly how I would've translated that phrase. Well, it would've become "All your base belong to us" or, if I thought about it more, "Your entire base (now) belongs to us."
Yeah, sà¿püªpü« is hard to put into English words.

I was just trying to be a smart arse.  Interesting dissection of the phrase though; I don't speak Japanese.

The phrase is, bluntly, "All your base is belonging to us." Not going to get into literal word for word since I'd have to explain püî/pü» to you (as well as how püªpüäpéï is not 100% necessarily an -ing gerund, but just saying that you do a verb and then it continues on in that state, hence the püäpéï and blah blah blah take all of these prepositions and put them into pü½ blah blah blah it's the verb that determines the particle blah blah blah), and that took months to interalise fully. Like, almost a year. Yeah, it sounds strange in English, but when I read the original text I go, "Yeah, that's about right."
