high slot:
3 425mm rails,, (super range)
3 250mm gauss¦s ( medium range)
large blaster or medium, (short range)
defneder missiles or crusie missiles
med slot:
1 large shield booster
the stasis webfiser that slowes down 81%
barton reactor capasitor mark 2,,,
then something else (??9
low slot:
5 magnetic field stabilizer mark 2
1 power diag or something that adds capasitor recharge rate
how is this? something i need to change
i ran into a big problem that my cap went out relly fast using 3 medium gauss guns on thorax, so
bla bla
what do you thinK?

Yes the Megathron has 8 highslots, 7 turret and 2 missile, so you got some choices there =)

Your setup sounds very good.
What sort of range are you getting with the 425mm Rails?

Did you include the CPU and grid in your calculations? I don't think your setup works. I had to use a photonic CPU to use more than 1 mod with my setup.
Large turrets comin' up, though.

Im afraid that setup isnt going to work, It uses more CPU and powergrid than you can get with lvl 5 maxed skills. You are going to need to sacrifice something to lower powergrid and also slap on at least 1 photonic cpu II. Also as a recomendation get a V-M15 Braced multispectral for your other med slot.
Gun wise you are probably going to have to goto 2x425's 4x250's 1 med blaster and 1 missle bay.
Swap that large booster for a CL-5 Large emergency sheild overload (best you can get). Other than that it should be a good set up if a little slow.

The ultimate loadout for any battleship:
High slots: Civilian guns. If you got less turret hardpoints than hi slots fill the others with energy vampires, youll need that cap to sustain the....
Med slots: Civilian shieldboosters!
Low slots: Basic weapon mods, crank up the damage of those civ guns by 2 pts of dmg! Alternatively, use all cargo expanders because of the enormous amount loot you'll have to salvage from all the marks you kill with this ubersetup.
This will make fights last really long (as many players wished for) especially if two equally equipped ships fight with this equipment :)

but I think his outfit will work if he uses all the low slots for CPU stuff and Powergrid stuff?
I hope that'll work, sounds as a really great outfit :)

Ditch the large shield booster. In PvP shield boosters aren't nearly as effective as hardeners, and if you want to chain pirates a med shield booster will work well enough. That should free up some CPU for ya too.
Edit: Also, for your low slots, if you want something that really helps recharge your cap go with a Power Cap Relay. It boosts your cap recharge by 20% and lower shield recharge by 25%. It really is a great little mod.
