Offically today the first phase of the war against Xelas Alliance deep in 0.0 begins today. This war will not end until diplomatic issues are resolved.
Phase #1 Intelligence gathering, extensive intelligence gathering will begin and war assets will be moved. This is the quiet before the storm. during this time the opportunity still exists to resolve all matters. heed this warning before the next phase begins.

Are you an alt?
Wouldnt it have been a bit much better idea to have kept this hush hush until your items had been moved and you were prepared to strike?

I think he missed a few points. Hres what I think he was trying to say:
Phase 1: Gather intelligence
Phase 2: Check if he can use the gathered intelligence to form a brain
phase 3: Try fitting brain in head:
Phase 4: Find out that head explodes on brain insertion
