As I'm traveling and wishing to forum warrior more easily, I suggest better forum support for mobile devices. Found this thread implying such a thing but it is now nearly two years old. Navigation is annoying from this confagled smart device thingy.

ya forums are horrible from mobiles... id like to be able to chat in my channels from my mobile if CCP does anything about it tho
this time they talked about it at fanfest it might happen in the next year or so.

the forums aren't that bad, but the drop down menus are a pain. mind you, I haven't tried the forums in dolphin browser, so I don't know how that reacts. also, I use the desktop browser style for everything, so that might be why. |

On Android, Chrome doesn't show thread/category popups while scrolling the page. Like when scrolling begins with touching a thread's link. Howewer, popups show if you long tap on them to open a link in a new tab for example. Dolphin is worse: it do show popups when scrolling the page. Its horrible. Each time it shows you have to 'hover' over higher entity just to be able to read the name of the thread you clicked on before.
Dear forum devs! Make popups appear to the right! That should fix the issue plus it would not break the overall concept IMHO.

Really like the tapatalk idea. Unfortunately, I don't think the current forum (i believe it's based off of YAF) supports tapatalk integration.
Would be extremely convenient in mobile world. |
