Got EVEMon up and running and it seems all my skills go at around 1800SP an hour - is that the max? Tried googling and couldn't find. I've got 29 in every stat, except Charisma which is 28. (14 day Starter boost) |

I'm pretty sure the max is about 2500 sp per hour but that is specifically remapped which is not suggested to a new player without bonus remaps, as you are then locked in to training specific skill sets otherwise you get a massive reduction on off trained skills.
Always willing to help all you have to do is ask, though if your in the other fleet I may not help the way you want. Just a heads up. |

I think you get a few free extra remaps with a new character, on a new alt I went +5 int +5 per, +2 mem, and +2 wp, and 0 charisma. Nearly every skill I would want to learn is int/mem (support skills) or per/wp (ship and weapon skills). Drone skills are mem/per but you aren't slowed down that much.
some will suggest you go int/mem and do some support skills, then swap to per/wp for ship/gun skills (or the other way around) but I would much rather stay flexible especially when new. I remember changing my focus a bunch of times.

IT says I have two Bonus Remaps.
I have 30 in all skills if I use Implants. I thought 30 was the max? |

Implants my friend with +5s I believe you can get one skill to 35 been a while since I remapped so may be off.

EVEMon doesn't understand the starter booster.
So he tells you "1800" which is the value before the starter booster (20 in every stat).
29 in every stat would be 2610 skill points per hour.
As others have said, with a perfect remapping and +5 implants you can get 2700 per hour.
With the starter booster, you could get even more than that, should you remap.
