The first battle:
In a straight 1 vs 1 - Ramuh (A.K.A Shin Ra) vs Capt 69 (A.K.A. just about everyone)
Ramuh was the victor - Capt's fof skills were lacking gainst the sensor dampening and cruise of Ramuh. Tho setup specifically to fight just this battle in a head to head Raven match, Capt managed to get Ramuh down to 75% structure before getting popped.
Loot from the battle to go in burn eden's "I told you so" hanger includes tech 2 hardeners, and 3 of the coveted arbalast cruise launchers.
Gf, propps for the 1 on 1 no bull**** and hope to have many more a battle with you guys.

it wasnt, it was actually Remowilliams who did that.

I spent a couple of weeks as Haiyooo in ascn's flett, and went on many operation involving a high degree of teamwork and coordination. Those roids must be terrified. Never been so bored in my ******* life.

Actually a small, dedicated, close knit force is much more effective to counter another small, dedicated, close knit force than an alliance is. The sheer numbers and the fact that you cannot always know all the pilots and know how they think and act in an alliance combat squad makes it unwieldy, giving many openings for a the small group that operates as a pretty smooth unit to run circles around them. Obviously from this logic the question arises why anyone would use anything other than a small dedicated forces if they can do damage to and get away from (and in the certain cases where the larger force isn't too much bigger, completely defeat). The answer is simply that, while a small force can inflict damage and run around being very difficult to catch, it can't accomplish much on the scale that alliances operate. If it sits still long enough for it's limited firepower to take down something important, it will be confronted with overwhelming firepower in response. But most people already know this, and I'm just rambling.
The point I'm trying to make is that the reasoning that 'alliances can't wipe out BE so a small pvp corp has no chance' is based on false assumptions. Numbers does not equal better, small close knit corps are quicker and more efficient than fleets. Basically what I'm saying is this kind of force is the best thing to counter BE.

This whole thing for some reason feels very fake.
Not saying it is, but my instincts tells me this is all a charade by BE to have an alt corp get access to southern territories and their soft underbelly when they least expect it.
Then again probably not, I'm to much of a fan of Elenia Kheynes I see loops, twists, curves and knots in a straight piece of yarn.
Either way time will tell.
