Clearing your cache is not the solution to everything, especially now that all 3 characters I run, after getting booted form the server, cannot log back in. Did the caches on all 3 of my Eve sessions get screwed up simultaneously? Most likely not.
This seems to be server-side, CCP please check things out.

If you look at the timestamp of the OP, you'd note their question is a whole 2 hours before the current events, therefore is likely completely unrelated.

Im having the same problem get to the 'loading is as <name>' screen and stops.

that is because the server is dead atm. clearing cache only clears up the clutter of hundreds of little files. this is CCP's problem, not player side.
