I was playing in game and the game shut down and then tryed to reconnect and then i got to user screen then i started loading then it gets half way the it stop there wtf happend???? CCP were not likeing all thats been going on in the past few days lets try to step it up plz and thank you.........

Yep, same here - stuck at entering game... Sucks because I was in the rat belt...

i got back in... took ages though!!
also got this messege "2005.11.13 07:28:55infoThe specified proxy or server node (98281) is dead" once in game!!

Yep, even rebooted the machine to no effect. Funny that log in shows 4800 playing
But still stuck at character entering game.

this is soooo not cool what the **** is up wit there network i run servers and **** but damn they ****** up some where along the line they need more limiting in the game with peeps in certain areas you know what iam saying??

Looks like that proxy prob they had last week musta snowballed. Gotta give em credit tho... 17k users on one server with 1 hour down time a day.
Im sure it will be fixed in no time.

oh great I decide to play some tonight instead of sleeping . . and we have a problem . . seems the only thing I am not seeing after logging in is mail and Agents, other then that ,it all seems to be normal for me

I am sure that they are taking care of it! Why does everyone has to jump on their throats straight away????? Give em a break! 17k player on 1 server and still u get ONLY 1 hr downtime every day! Thats pretty good!! So relax and let them do their job!

Poeple jump couse poeples characters are at stake here!
They could be killed by rats or be left in unsafe space, and when connection gets back on, you might be just a little to late to save your character (including your ship)
This is bad... its down for hours now andso its not "1 hour" as daily. It looks like they dont even know them selfs its down, or thair new server just coudnt handle it. CCP should have a SMS warning to thair admins when connection fails, its easy and cheap to have a ping feature like it installed. I had it when i was hosting game servers, that way you know if something goes down on a sunday.

I just want to say....You don't really think 17k people are all on one server do you?
It's a huge cluster of servers all connected and sharing the workload, definately not one server lol.

I just see its back online.. "starting 125 sec remaining".
Now lets hope it can hold the hammering of 17.000 users at the same time

Well im glad to know that u understand more about computers than me as i hate the thing. But i just think its stupid that everyone is going off because thei are rebooting the server! A bit of patience is all we need!
