Its been said we may receive a influx of new people to eve due to this SWG:NGE thing thats happening.
Well, alot of new people complain about being unable to pvp until they spend months of training. Well I made this lil post to show you how to create a combat char straight from a empty slot.
This character starts with 101,000 Skill points. %Race% Frigate IV, and able to use afterburners.
In just 1 or 2 days it would be able to use a warp scram / jam or a webber so they could ransom or prevent someone from running.
---- Steps ----
First off, as a lil warning this will cost you at least 300k if you want to go straight to pirating.
Step 1. Choose Minmitar Race
Step 2. Brutor
Step 3. Slave Child
Step 4. The Military School one.
Step 5. The one with the pretty ship picture :]
Step 6. The one on the left. ( Should be + Minmitar Frig )
Step 7. The one on the left. ( Should be + Minmitar Frig )
Make sure you give your character a mocking name so it kinda annoys the person. And if you are making the character to actually use and level. You might wanna consider +3 perc, +1 wp +1 int in the attribute distribution. But thats just my opinion on that.

I wouldn't suggest Brutor to everyone (especially not customizing the attributes the way I did like putting everything on perception and willpower.)
While such a character has really good learning times e.g. for t2 gunnery later, everything else is a pain. Back in 4/2004 I thought: "I'm a fighter, I don't need intelligence." and that was plain wrong. Probably every fighter will reach the 1-2 mio in electronics, engineering and 1 million in mechanics later. These skills have intelligence as primary attribute and memory as secondary and you usually train it, before you put 7 million in t2 gunnery or whatever.
My new character is a minmatar sebiestor, works also with a few other races/bloodlines and also a bit better I think, but I liked the look.  She is meant as a fighter, but is not limited to it. Perception is best attribute, followed by Intelligence, because these are mostly used as primary attributes and have a double weight. Followed by willpower and memory, you are somehow limited in your decision there and finally charisma as the lowest attribute.
Well, anyway, everyone can do what he want and it always depends on what you have in mind. There are also very old characters out there with really bad attributes, but they have a lot of SP and can almost fly anything. But for my purpose, a char that's primary a fighter, not so good for industry/science, but in the end open for everything, I think the decision for as much perception as possible with still a lot intelligence and not too much charisma is a good choice.

well my main char is brutor, and with learning skills and implants has 18 mem and 18 int which isnt bad at all ;] and no the implants dont stop him from pvping.
he has 18 mem 18 perc ( cant remember how much charisma bcuz i really dont care ) 28 perc 24 will power ( not done with learning skills on wp )

I don't really agree with the mocking name. Stuff like that kinda annoys everybody and just seeing a guy called "flying weener" in amarr local isn't quite a pleasure

Yes sounds not bad. Wonder how I placed my points at char creation. I suffer from intelligence 15 with logic already at 4. Ouch !
