I find general intelligence hard to find in an alliance. There just seems to be so little to go around these days thats it's scarce and seems to always be well hidden. So my advice is if you find any intelligence or possess any yourself try to hide it.

who is FC - evry one knows who the FC's of the other are, even if they're flying with an alt when you have enough experience on the field you can find it easily, plus read comment above = you already know who the heck it is and what he flies before you load grid
who and where are running rats?-you mean carebears making isk? easy, open your starmap and you have all the info you need to know to spot carebears farming in shinnies.
The real intell issue is to find out how much you're infiltrated and at what level so you can put some "things" on the run to profit from this exceptional situation and return it against the infiltrators alliance/corp.
It's not really a kids game like open the stupid map and gather all the info you want or sit a cloak alt on staging systems to know what's going on.
