I created a ticket roughly 2 1/2 days ago and it seems like ccp has been ignoring me as it usually only takes them 1 day to respond. If there is a legitmate reason then I totally understand but can you guys at least add "we see it and we are getting to it" message to my ticket so I know im not being ignored? |

You realise it can take weeks for a ticket to be responded to right?
Also, GD cant help you, ISD (or Dev) will lock it and tell you to just wait for your reply. Which, incidentally, is the best thing you can do. Also, I wouldn't advice opening a new ticket to ask either.

well as it concerns the fact that my gf somehow got in my account and sold one of my toons without my permission or knowledge im sure you all understand my lack of patience.....and yes ive already changed the passwords to my account.... |

Its clear to see that CCP hate you as they usually answer petitions within 7 seconds of them being raised.
Also since you have now posted on the forum your petition will mysteriously disappear and strange things will happen to your account |

1. Its a week since the patch
2. Since I started playing in 2008, "patch periods" as you call them have only lasted slightly less then a week when your referring to the spiked volume.
3. I get the point that im not being ignored and If I mistyped im sorry I meant to say "it feels like im being ignored" |

After a major expansion there are backlogs created that can last several weeks.
That aside, your issue would not be a fast one to resolve anyway, all things considered.
The quick response would be to ban your account for account sharing, I'm pretty sure you don't want that.
Just so you know, I don't think anyone buys your story. Even ignoring the dubious nature of how she "somehow" got into your accout, a non-EvE player would have no idea how to go about successfully selling a character.
So this will likely end up with the character bio massed, or the account it came from banned, or you'll get a simple "No, we are not taking that character away from the person that legitimatley purchased it"... possibly after several weeks of investigation.
To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors.
If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base. |

Probably CCP guys just sitting at their desks wondering why no more petitions are coming in. Meanwhile a large support ticket backlog grows in some new system that no one's bothered to look at yet. After all, if there was a problem, petitions would be coming in.
