I was wondering, when is it ok to PK and also, what fun is it in this to PK someone that don't have a bounty and you got it's ship so no value to PK.
Is this only a way to say 'f**k you i hope you will hate me forever cuz i can be a *****'
Still many pirate corp do this. Why?
I don't think it is greifing, far from it.. only..well.useless and mindless of the assilant.. or? |

after losing my ship, podding is the best way to get close to finding another one.
Cruiser = 5 Mil
Clone (2.5M points covered) = 250k
podding is nothing, really. I've been podded a couple of times, and both times, the podding was actually beneficial.
Expect it to get worse in the future though.

I suppose you mean people who podkill without asking for anything. Just thing of them as more challenging npc players. I don't mind them at all. Of course I have never run into them (except for Mikhail who barely scratched my condor).
As for what they possibly gain I don't know. Maybe they just likes things that go p·ff

I think its a good thing to realize that in not just the eve galaxy people do alot of thing you don't understand just because they can. Why do some people get fancy cars they'll never be able to use the full capability of, because they can.

ah... you mine and you mine for an hour... second hour... and those asteroids start lookin' really friendly and your miners turn to lasers  and those asteroids start turning into ships... and... and...  next thing you know you're targeting a frigate next to a jump-gate who, in panic of course, shoots you thinking that you actually are a threat and you just watch the turrets eat away his shields and shred his ship to pieces... then you can relax  get that tension off your back and maybe  go back mining
