I seem to have lost training time in the server rollback. Do I have to post an 'other' report or will there be an announcement on refunding those hours?

He's talking about the server crash the other day. The one that couldn't have POSSIBLY started half an hour later, or been on another night where I didn't need to be on to start skill training (after I would have gone to sleep normally). MAN that was not fun.
Hey, if he gets skill training time back, I want mine too! It's kinda hard to train when the server won't let you on.

While CCP attempts to have the System available at most times, CCP does not guarantee that the System will always be available, or that the System will not become unavailable during Game play. The System may become unavailable for a number of reasons, including without limitation during the performance of maintenance to the System, for the implementation of new software, for emergency situations and due to equipment or telecommunications failures.
Also - its an hour. thats what, 2,000 SP? Live with it.

There. One thread too many like this and look what you made me do. I actually looked it up rather than just mentioning it. There's part of the EULA you signed when you logged in after the last patch.

When they say roll back they mean remove "new" code and replace it with the "older" working code. Time wasn't changed. 
What happend is they patched the server with new code that caused a problem, that problem wasn't fixable quikly so rather than leave the problem in place they "rolled back" to the older code to make things work. Once they get the bugs worked out they will update the older code again and all will be well.
In the past when the servers have been down for a day or unreliable for a number of days CCP has credited everyone with a day or two. #1 rule if you run a company is NEVER give money back, always credit. Which isn't that bad when we're talking 15 bucks a month. what am I going to do with a 25 cent check?
