Basically.
They are players who help CCP as a volunteer.
They don't get paid for it. They get a special character/account for it, so that they are objective.

they are voulentieer forum and chat channel mods. there are other voulentier teams as well for thigs such as resolving support tickets that dont require advanced dev controls to solve, as well as one for story work and i beleive a few others |
