Was a slow day at work so I decided to slap a ship together from pics on Ganja's site. Used a Tempest and a Stabber to get this ship. I'm not ver experienced with Photoshop, but that little program works miracles, even for the inexperienced. Critiques?

lol, it doesn't look like a fly. At first it looked too chickenish so tried to make it look like a dragon. /shrug

I'm a big Dragon art fan, probably obvious with this ships appearance. Besides, the ship looked like a giant space turkey in its first draft. If I were more experienced and had the time, I'd give the ship its proper views: fore, aft, Ventral, Dorsal, and Beauty shot. Alas I'm not though.
Some of the custom npc pirate ships motivated me to do this one. I wanted to give the Minmitar an extremely aggressive looking ship that fit their nature.
You are right Digi, too bad itĘs not real. Would be nice to see it coded sometime down the road as a Tier 3 or 4 Battleship.
This ship could be fit into a storyline of its own easily. Either as a spec op super-project built by the Minmitar to counter the Caldari/Gallente tech collaboration, or as a ship developed by an Extremist Minmitar faction to free slaves and spill Amarrian blood. Then again it could be "just another" Pirate custom /grin.

Thats a great Pic... i think the Eve - Dev team should start looking into making player custom ship.. or have a comp.. who ever wins.. get there ship built in the next patch...

It would make people feel they have a personal stake in the game if they are recognized for their contributions.
Some people write stories while others do the art, so there should be a comp for both. Well, hopefully one day they'll allow that after they've sorted out all the problems they are having at the moment.
