First of all, this is the unit, not the BPc.
It has about the same stats as the 'scout', just 0.025 less damagemod and 2km shorter range. But it consumes alot less power and less CPU. 34 CPU and 203 power. Perfect for a ship that ursually cannot easy fit all its turret slots, like Thorax?
This is a very rare item, but there are some of them out there.
Starting bid : 15M

It is just tech I so it only need medium hybrid turret lvl 1.
7M is a bid, but lets get it a little higher. I might lower the price...

Its not the same stats as tech I, it is slightly less good than the 'scout' tech I on range and damage, but it has alot less power and CPU.

you realise 'scout' isnt the best railgun type....infact its 3rd best named...?

Actually there is no real way to say wich one is the best and worst, since all the guns have special area of usage. One has less CPU than the others, one has more damage than the others and so on. I put the stats of the gun, so all can make thier own opinion of if its better or not. About 20 less power usage per gun can be realy helpful.
