Rekindle	Posted - 2005.11.15 14:27:00 - [1] This is a general distress call for any anti-pirate group willing and interested in providing assistance relating to piracy in the Sinq Laison area. i'm appealing to those that have a sense of justice. We're a small corp with very limited resources but this issue is affecting more then just our small corp. There is a band of pirates working in the low sec systems in Sinq Laison region. They attack without cause, they do not ask for ransom and in their Megathrons they pod kill newbies for sport. Attempts to reason with the Pirate CEO have resulted in insane demands of money that are totally unreasonable. Normally, these pirates work on a relatively consistient schedule so I can provide names and locations. normally they are in battleships and battle cruisers in numbers of 1-3. In their attacks they have managed to cause set backs to our fledgling corp. Although I could just tell my corp to avoid the system altogether I was hoping that there may be a group that could champion our cause. We will offer a donation to the best of our abilities, but it cant be all that much since we're small and new. If you have the capaicty and interest in taking out priates with -10 sec who prey on defenseless ships then please contact Rekindle in game and I will provide specific details on the corp name and there general whereabouts along with ship specifications and numbers. This pirate corp has a lot of blood on their hands from their senseless killing. They have set up in this region because they know there is no one to challenge them so its a pretty close ended fight. darth solo	Posted - 2005.11.15 14:35:00 - [2] If they are using megathrons like you say, try equiping cheap ECM ships with the race specific ECM and going after them... maybe try using coverts to map out their safes and sniping points. Pirating hunting is a waste of time nowadays... it aint easy making ppl fight u that dont want to. all i can offer is advice if u need it. d solo.

Also, A Ordem Dos Templarios provides them Covert Ops assistance, and they have been known to use other "neutral" shuttles to set up a raid. You may not be able to interest anyone in a long-term campaign, but know that various groups do kill these pirates as the mood strikes them. Spungwa	Posted - 2005.11.16 12:19:00 - [19] We were based around the Rancer area of Sinq Laison for many months, during that time there was a anti pirate channel i belive, the main corps that used to follow us about were fronted i think by Sabre Inc. there was around 4 or 5 corps that were involved on a nightly basis. They could be the group you are looking for, try convoing the CEO. Not sure if they are still there, as the area was altered on the missile patch and half the systems mysteriously moved. My logs show that i tried going to warp twice, 10 seconds apart and yet my pod went to full warp indicator, yet it stayed there. This is 0.3 so no bubble, and they were at range, so no scrambler involved. Lost a bunch of implants to them and they are _supposed_ to be allies :-( I've had this problem before but they still say they cant prove it. Since when can a tempest lock and kill a pod before it goes to warp? Never. So basically i'm stuffed because they dont log the right data - way to go for customer services.

If they can't get kills they'll just go somewhere else. All I can offer is advice, you need to grow a pair and get out there if your ever going to survive long term in Eve.

You could also try to assemble a gang with MC or F-E, 2 nights in a row they didnt stay there to fight us. We have indeed moved to Sinq Laison region and are currently pounding anything that comes into sight. Either at gates, stations safespots wotever. It seems that ATUF is already put on a contract to get BOPS, but to be perfectly honest, Frankinator and his crew suck. So, this basically would leave you with 2 options: 1. STFU and pay up 2. or go knock on some merc/alliance corps door and get them to come and wipe us out. Eather way, Goinard belongs to BOPS. You wanne stay, cool, the price is 10m/week. So, on a final note, please contact as many anti pirat corps you can find and send them to Goinard. It's been a little quit lately and the megathron fleet needs practice. Use alt scouts in shuttles to scout a new neighborhood to settle, and haulers with instas to move your equipment to your new area. In fact I would suggest that you not leave highsec until you have a squad of pilots capable of defending yourselves and your operation, as well as instas for the region.
