This character has never been in a null-sec alliance or involved in any politics or piracy at any point in time, no pvp corporations.
Positive wallet.
No kill rights.
NPC corp and have been in NPC corps for the majority of the characters existance.
In Amarr, Domain high security.
Ministry of War standing 7.50, can run level 4's which are 4 jumps away from my current location.
Brutor Tribe standing 5.09
Characters Security Status 3.7
Can use Large T2 Beam Lasers, T2 Armour Tank with Amarr battleship 4, perfect abaddon or navy BS pilot. It can run level 4's nicely and thats basically what i've been using it for. Also has some caldari cross-training, caldari battlecruiser level 5.
Clean reputation.
3+ Implants, with a Genolution set.
Can also fly a Hulk with T1 Strip Miner's.
2 Jump Clones installed in R3-K7K III, QBL-BV IX (my attempt at exploring nullsec lol)

Ok, just a quick question do i need to transfer items on the char to my alt or are they account bound and will not transfer over?

you send your items and isk to your other char if you have one. otherwise afaik they will stay with the character once it's transferred which takes 10h to complete |
