Been paying attention to the recent whines on this topic? CCP, about 2 weeks ago, legitimized selling timecards for ISK.

so how does it work ? I give him the cash and he let's me have the code AFTER i give him the $ ?
So I have to trust you 100% ? or can you not cheat when you sell this ?
I'm intrested to buy one or two from you, tell me how it works plz.

Hi Alexander,
You give me the money and then I send you the code. However, I am an established player and you can trust me. But even if I were to scam you, you could just petition me to CCP and I would get banned and you would get your money back.

CCP protects this against scams.

The suggested way to do this is to have both players send an eve-mail to each other of exactly how the transaction is to occur. This eve-mail can be cited to CCP in the event of a scam and prove what happened. I'm sure this forum could also be used as a source, but I think using eve-mails simplifies the process a lot.
