I know that feyth and impass have Arkonor, but im not sure which other do?
can anyone enlighten me on any others?

I would suggest that all 0.0 does if you go deep enough.

Catch has Arkanor... but Crokite/Bistot/Arkanor are about similar in value atm.

not all regions have 'crokite' so i assumed not all region have arkonor,
and yes i know the relative prices of ore

Not necessarily, I've no problem giving the locations of some ark systems that I know I'll probably never be visiting again 
Plus, I have no doubt that the locals would love to see some random ninja miners trying to get through...
All 0.0 most certainly does not have ark, though it is true that the deepest systems ingame
(ie, the dead end systems) have some of the nicest stuff
U3K (or is it U4K, it's a dead end system in GW 3 jumps from a PCS refinery) is one of the most amazing systems in game, 20+ ark belts there.
1L-0EK, my old mining system, has quite a few nice ark belts. 3 jumps from F-EM4Q which is a PCS refinery
2O-EEW, has lots of ark with a PCS in system, but doesn't have a refinery. Not sure how far the nearest refinery is. I do remember xetic were doing an experiment with 1 ark roid, seeing just how big they could get it by never mining it. Took us ages popping that roid when we invaded
0-W was the other big Curse mining system, but I think it's only got Bistot as it's top ore. Went to retake the system a few times, but never bothered mining there as it's a bit far away.
The issue with all these systems is there's no NPC station anywhere close for you to refine the stuff (though there is an NPC station only 8 jumps or so from 1L). So you'll need either a POS or permission to dock from the local PCS owners.
In either case, good luck hunting....

Great Wildlands is claimed by Thukker Tribe, and does not have PCS. There are NPC stations in E02, M-M, and N-DQ. There is ark there in U3K, V-IH, and also in a few systems in the 6EG7-R area.

EC-P8R, a system right next to an 0.5 empire system in Lonetrek has Crokite
HOWEVER, since its so obvious and so close to empire, you would think a lot of miners are there, and, of course, pirates.
I wont suggest you mine there without a lot of protection

if the region has crokite, it won't have arkonor. from my experience, only the 0.0 regions with angels have arkonor, with the exception of fountain and catch.

Outer Ring has systems with both crokite and arkonor.....
