After reading all the threads over the miner IIs and others (on and on) my eyes have started to bleed. Add content and new items and ppl scream quit, unfair, blah, blah, blah. Go burn up in your ships.
I love it. Back to the game.

People were screaming for new conent and items 2 weeks ago....now they introduced something new and people want to complain, ***** and wine about it.
What they are really complaining about supposedly is "how it was introduced into game."
Sorry I believe the real reason is becuase someone else was able to get if before they were :P |

I wouldn't mind at all if they got it legitly in a loot drop or something, but if CCP is daft enough to trade one of the most valuable tech 2 bp's for a single tech 5 mining laser that was mistakenly put into the game... well then... that's another story.

to all the bellyaching whiners that think ccp owes you all original miner ii bps:
for gods sake, this is just the first item(s) introduced, there will be a ****load more introduced in many different ways to many different people. quit whining and just play the game.

geez unfortunately theyd cant deliver full features so were reduced to *****in about the halfbaked ones they do spew
ps..about playin the game....its pretty boring atm as were all waiting on THE promised features

Seems to me that everyone is waiting atm, but not many are actually playing anymore. The content in regards to roleplay was way better in beta, it seems all the hardcore testers that could have made contense without help from CCP is gone these days. If this game is ever going to pick up the promise and potential something drastic is needed imo..

Oh, really? Maybe my perspective as an ex-beta tester is distorting my judgement. But this is exactly the same thing as beta.
There were many objections during beta to the introduction of blueprints through events. God knows if I see 50 ships scrambling to escort a Panotekk...er, I mean Jovian industrial for the hope of a blueprint I'll go bloody insane. For doing essentially nothing whatsoever, people received rewards out of scope for the task performed.
When you do something like that, you belittle the efforts that others put in everyday. Too many people compare playing Eve to work. And when something like this happens, it's like working for no reward whatsoever.

A lot of people I talk to don't SEE much depth in the game, beyond the mass mining and NPC pirate killing. Yeah, there's the occasional war, which most of us unfortunately don't get to witness.
I tried the Agent end of the game for awhile and felt like I was spinning my wheels, so like many people I abandoned that end of the game completely and when for the pirate kills.
Now it seems like a mad dash for a lot of the smaller groups to get into battleships, and a lot of those already in battleships god knows what they do to keep from going mad with boredom, really.
I wish they'd pump in new tech, some of the promised skills and fix the Agents.

How about multi-faceted missions..
you know, where you have to go to several places to finish a quest.
Go to place A, get info for place B.. go there to get a gadget needed to operate machine at place C, which produces info for the final leg, where you get your reward..

thats not the problem, its the way its being implemented, with absolutely no feedback whatsoever from ccp, that and the fact that ccp is basically handing out blank cheques to whoever they feel like, why compete, get handouts!

I agree. Not knowing what the fvk is going on is pretty much ****ing people off. Keep the populace informed and they won't get the wrong idea about your intent.

I'll admit people are quick to ***** about ****, but after getting jerked around so many times anyone would have a short fuse, especially if they feel they are getting the golden rod you know where.

Just don't listen to the people here. Most just come when they got their ass handed and are frustrated. Tho other part is the troll type who doesn't log in because they are too busy flaming around in here.
Lets get back ingame and watch them prizes drop (miner 2)!
