Today TEST attempted to force the station timer in a step towards flipping the SOV in PFX, instead they ran face first into a DBRB now some 20 plus hours into sleep deprivation. The fleet that came to face us was surprisingly bereft of Navy Apocs. Their missing numbers boosted by the poor man's Navy Apoc, the Apoc, a number of E War ships, Bhalgorn, Proteus, Loki, Damnation, and Broadsword. These were supported by triage carriers and various small tackle.
So what died? The CFC Tengu fleet lost 5 Tengus due to bonuses not being present on the field, it should have been a lot worse but logi was just on top of the broadcasts. TEST was not so fortunate. The Navy Apocs were all but destroyed save for one pilot that ran immediately as the bubbles went up. The foodstamp Apocs went belly up along with a number of Scorpions and E War. The Bhalgorn, Proteus, Loki Damnation and Broadsword have two things in common: They were all flown by TEST and are dead. Now you are probably wondering how we broke the triage carrier reps. Well you don't have to worry about carrier reps if they are all dead. TESTs rescue fleet of Nagas arrived in time for their FC to decide it wasn't worth going face first into Tengus with no real logi support. So they warped off, just in time to met a FYF fleet who had come out to stretch their legs. The Nagas didn't die well.
Upon finding themselves back in station, TEST ordered an immediate stand down declaring "Our strategic objective has been met." I'm told Boodabooda landed on an aircraft carrier declaring "Mission Accomplished" looking festively plump in his spandex lined flight suit. The party got cut short as DBRB let the spies know that the station had been repped and the TEST SBU cleared from the system. PFX was now safe. TEST reimbursement of course will have a 24 hour return time on explanations as to why everyone will have to wait "3 weeks" for an answer.
Observations:
Keeping Up Appearances Fleet: More Apocs than Navy Apocs. These numbers continue to dwindle as TEST line members have to supply their own ships and mods.
Another "Mission Accomplished": Like a certain previous engagement where TEST had 4 fleets and 100 Supers on field to take a station, they once again declared victory way to soon. Expect PL to have to take FCing duties, again.
There Are No Tengus: TESTs verizon of BoB's "There are no goons."
Reimbursements By Febtober: What you say there is no Febtober? Well there are no TEST reimbursement either.

Boat... Boat... BOATTTTTTT!!!!!!!!
TEST has always mixed a large number of normal apocs with their Navy Apocs. I'm not sure if the doctrine is supposed to have like 25% navy apocs by design or if it's just what happened as they lost them.
Er also, they have all those moons, well besides the ones we took. I'm sure they can wring more out of them, before we take them. And thus they can cover their reimbursements up till now, partially. I am a nullsec zealot. |

Napocs are not a doctrine ship for TEST. You will continue to not see many of them because we don't actually fly them.
Some people have them left over from our old doctrine from HBC days which is why you sometimes see them in the Apoc fleets

You mean your pilots won't fly them any more because you can't reimburse them. In the past month and a half you have lost about 2.25 trillion Isk in ships. Your alliance has never cracked 500 billion in income some when your reimbursement requests hit 750 billion your public finances went down, because "the api broke." Want more evidence you're dead broke?

6-18-2013. That is the same date we dumpstered you at PFX. The same day you called for Navy Apocs and an Apoc fleet in hopes of making a big show you could stand on your own two feet without PL, Nulli and whoever else is protecting you. So I guess after that loss you realized you were so broke that you couldn't afford paper for the printer you use to make all those IOUs to your pilots.
We know you don't own any R16s or R64s. We know your pilots can't rat or make an income because they are bottled up in Karan. We also know that they keep losing ships and are no expected to pick up the tab. What are they dying for? Defending SOV for a broke alliance that doesn't even live in its own space any more.

This is turning into "you!" "no you!" "no you!"
Let me explain this one more time. Apocs used to get optimal and cap. They now get optimal and tracking plus manoeuvrability buffs. They are one of the best battleships in the game, faction or non-faction, their only weakness being that as an attack battleship they're a little less tanky than a combat battleship would be.
In the fights Apocs get primaried last. There are neuting geddons, webbing and pointing T3s and other very juicy targets. So it makes sense to fly the ship which is high on killing power and a little low (although not disastrously so) on tank.
They are a hard counter to both tengus and caracals which have natural EM resist weakness and small sig relative to battleship sized guns.
We want people in Apocs.
As we're fairly rich despite Weaselior's weasel words we partially reimburse Navy Apocs as a nod to people who still have them from the campaign against -A-. However whenever someone mentions getting a napoc we tell them to get an Apoc instead - it happened yesterday in a fleet.
Every alliance in the game uses reimbursement in a similar way, rewarding players for flying the ships we want them in. As we're TEST we're not strict so we allow and actually do have people turn up in random ships. I've seen a Rokh and a cruise phoon in the Apoc fleet recently. We don't reimburse those because we don't actually want people flying non-doctrine ships since they would be much more effective in doctrine ships.
And that's not news, that's just how everyone in nullsec has played SRP for years.
Now please go ahead and stick your tongue out waggle your hands behind your ears and screech "no you!" because of something your lying directorate told you in a propaganda post. |

You are fielding non-reimbursable Talwars. Half of TEST is gnashing its teeth at the other half over "becoming nomands because we didn't want that space anyway." You have reimbursement requests since NOL and SMEB still pending. If you had "wallets outside the alliance" you'd have have settled your line members fears of insolvency by honoring all the reimbursement requests. But wait! There's more! Intel reports that your grand leader has even offered Sir Molle a deal to side with you against us. Do you really think Retirement Club (they named it that for a reason) is going to redeploy all the way south to shoot at a bunch of sperging nerds?
So -400B isk just like that. I'm gonna laugh my ass off when they post here saying "We scammed Goons!" You mean that stupid rumor someone over in TEST thought would fly for decent propoganda? You can say we don't roll out Tengus but the battle reports and your own spies tell a different story. We have taxes so we don't have to rent, so that our space stays ours and the ships keep rolling out. We don't hand out IOUs here.
