Looking for a perfect booster char, by perfect I mean full combat boosting, mining boosts don't matter for me.
Needs:
 FC 5
Able to use all t2 links
All t2 cruisers, maxed boosting subs
CS 5, although not essential.
If they are titan boosters it's also ok, budget is big (max c.100b).
Will consider low sp specialised chars or high sp chars with "added value" leave that up to you to decide what that means 
Looking to buy and have transferred before the weekend.

Can fly all 4 factions strategic cruisers and all skills to level 5 including sub-systems (Legion, Loki, Tengu & Proteus. This character has perfect scanning skills enabling you to find wormholes, anomalies, etc. easily. Need a fleet booster, no problem because this character has perfect leadership skills.
