As being present at the time, I wish to share this short report.
This evening, Caldari Navy forces arrived with several capital class vessals and unloaded additional forces to end the Haatomo siege. In the following fight, part of the Dragonaur forces managed to gain acces to 4 Chimera class carriers and 3 Phoenix class Dreadnoughts. Present Capsuleer forces were instructed to prevent the Dragonaurs to leave. However due to CONCORD Rules of Engagement, we had to wait untill the Dragonaurs received a Suspect Flag.
Upon getting the clearence to engage, the capsuleer fleets decimated the present Dragonaur capital ships. During the fight, one of the Dragonaurs, Tolen Kirakachi managed to flee the scene in a State Issue Raven class ship. Unconfirmed reports suggest he moved to the Otsasai system, but upon arriving there, he was no longer in local. It is my personal believe that he is mostly like to have run into the Tribute region of null-secure space. At this time I believe he is a fugitive, wanted by the state.
At this time, former Executive of State Tibus Heth is unaccounted for. He has been labeled as a fugutive and is wanted by the Caldari State. The Strike Commander of the Caldari Navy on the Scene has promised a fair trial, and if possible, Tibus heth is to be taken in alive.
The current situation on the Station is unknown, but I believe medical supplies will be most welcome.
I will not release any additional details on the fight, but I urge anyone to keep an eye out for the Dragonaurs and Tibus Heth and report any sightings to the authorities. They are wanted alive, so please don't go vigilante.
I will try to give further updates as they become available.

Latest intel suggest that the fugutive Dragonaur pilot Tolen Kirakachi is still in the Otsasai system, but not onboard of any of the stations. |

If, by some chance, Heth is captured alive by Federal capsuleers, I urge you in the strongest possible terms to hand him over to the CEP rather than attempting to give him to Federal authorities. This would be an act of frankly paragonal forebearence the Caldari State could not easily ignore or quickly forget. We don't really stand to gain all that much for trying him under our own justice - in fact, if anything, if given the choice he would probably prefer to watch the Federation throw a long, excrutiating media-circus trial over his crimes and sour its already shaky relationship with the State than simply face the CEP. That way he lives longer and gets to further disrupt relations between our two nations. Hand him over to the CEP and he's finished, quickly and quietly, with very little opportunity to brag or preach. Mane 614

Is Heth wanted for crimes in the Federation? As far as I know, he's not, so while I imagine they might hold him immediately after his being captured, they're likely to extradite him.

Upon his arrival to the scene, DED Brigadier General Odo Korachi did confirm that Tibus Heth is now wanted in all systems under CONCORD jurisdiction and to be delivered to the Caldari authorities when caught. |

Hanaya-kirjuun;
I suspect that the Federation would consider the State reclamation of Caldari Prime to be a criminal act, and would likely present charges related to that. Ideally, we'll never find out; Heth is a matter for the Caldari to deal with. We can only hope that the Federation respects that. |

His spearheading of the assault on Caldari Prime a while back would be enough to have him stand trial in the Federation alone. However, I'd rather not give Heth a forum and turn his trial into a media circus. If he's captured in the Federation, I'd hope the Senate and the President would be smart enough to give him to the State. I'm sure the CEP will deal with him the Caldari way. |
