Rifters aren't the op boat they once were. The tiericide knocked the crown of The Frigate King onto the floor. For the moment, it would appear that kitey missile boats like the Condor and the Hookbill and (relatively) heavy brawlers like the Merlin and the Incursus are currently fighting over it. |

Kestrel is in the same group as the Condor and Hookbill. Basically, fit with light missiles, a long point, an MWD, a little tracking disruption, and just lolkite everything to death. |
