I'm not looking forward to skilling up all the basics however. Cybernetics V, Racial frigates V, Engineering V, Electronics V, you name it I want it. I'd either like a char focused on PvP / PvE combat / Exploration or on Research / Production. Feel free to show me your miners or leadership boosters but don't expect me to pay premium for those SP. I'm looking barebones here, I could skill up a characther to my perfect liking myself but that would take TIME. I am paying YOU for YOUR time spent on MY NEW char! Bring it on, I am NOT buying: --> Names with numbers in them --> Names that mean something silly --> Names that imply how awesome you are. Spaceshipkiller178 can go to some other buyer. I WANT: A nice first and last name, or a short calling name only. A char that has the basic fitting and/or starting skills for their profession. If you are a researcher I expect a good lab count and many invention related skills. If you are a builder you can build Frigates, Cruisers, Battleships and the like without issue. PvP chars must have core fitting and PG up to snuff, must fly at least their racial cruisers / frigs / battlecruiser at level V. CovOps/Recons/HACs/HICs are a bonus. Logi is not (sorry logibros, i love you) ARE YOU MY PERFECT CHAR?

A sauve looking dude, a metric ton of SP and a stylish name to boot!? i WISH i could afford you but sadly my absolute maximum budget is 45 billion isk, even that would take a week to fully unlock. Realistically I can cough up 30B within a day's notice. I've contacted a few of you already. Some real gems of chars have been posting here.
