What's the exact restrictions on -3.6 sec?
Also, she is pre-cold war, so you have more or less a caldari assault fighter pilot who needs about 2 months of missile training! (Although the rail spec is nice.)
This is ikky because with RMR, we ALL will need about two months training for the new mods, especially the sign. reduction mod.
Any implants?

highest bid is 700m right now. i think there is 2 hour left in auction. if nobody bids higher than 700m, i will probily just lower reserve at last minute to 700, i need the cash pretty bad.
