Anyone knows if new skills will get introduced with the new upcoming patch which will raise max limit of factory slots per char slot? It`s getting quite annoying to manage 36 factory slots spread over 7 chars and 3 accounts, would love to see a new skill which doubles factory usage per char.

I do believe that the re-working of the factory slot situation will remedy THIS problem for you. Just take note that I'm not referencing the problems it will CREATE.

I would love that. The current mass-production skill doesn't do enough any more. Especially with the capital and t2-construction where you need lots of different components and very very long construction times. And with the carriers, motherships and titans it will only get worse.

Erm, the whole point of the capital and t2 construction systems is so that you need a group of builders to be able to churn out the full production chain.
Teamwork isn't just for combat.

mattew i can see where remote manufacturing and research may be handy ie a corp production specailist currently away from the main base but someone needs a BS or ammo semi urgently they can simply activate the slot from where they are (someone can escrow them minerals and other requirements) they can cook it up and escrow it back to the player in question.
Or players in different stations can simply all get to work on a seperate component and then ship to a central location (i can see how this may be useful) off a few systems doing a mission run out of heavy combats - intend to go back to that base later on - put on some heavy drones when u arrive they are ready to rock and roll.
This might actually aid low sec markets and getting people out there without having to travel as much (u could go as far as to be at one station buy minerals and other stuff off the market produce at a remote station and then sell without even setting foot in that base)

Erm, maybe you don't know my/our situation? I'm not doing this solo...
Even if you do it with a group of people the current limit of 6 factory slots on a character is very annoying. And the 1 week and 4 days build time of freighters and dreadnoughts doesn't make it any easier.
I am saying that the current mass production skill seems to be more balanced in a time without t2 and capital construction. Back then I had no issues with this limit.
Don't judge people if you don't know squad about them. ICSC is not just one or two corporations. It's a group of corporations and individuals. Ooh, maybe that *is* teamwork...
