it took an reasonable activation time. i managed to warp out in a vigil (3 local hull nanos) once the animation started, but before i died. a non lined-up BS wouldn't manage it though.

I think it is a matter of keeping us guessing.. so that is very likely.. after all, you dont want to give away all your cards at once otherwise every b*gger will be trainign the skills before titans really work properly in kali next year.
EDIT: Saying that.. The Gallente Mothership looks like beauty personified.!!!!!! I want one...

not at all. an unaligned frig can warp easily in the time between the animation starting and the damage being dealt. unless you have a bubble (or bubble-in-a-can t2 destroyer)

I know this shouldn't be considered final, but there's 8 hi slots listed, but only 3 turrent hardpoints and 2 missiles. I presume 1 slot is for the siege module, but what about the other 2? Something as-yet secret, or just unfinished stats?

wat says that this isnt jus a dev weapon and that it wil actually be available to the public....... just cause a dev uses a coule of times doesnt mean its gona be released and ppl can insta kill fleets....
