I paid for these about a half hour before downtime..
I have been told they are "on their way" but havent seen them yet..
Might suggest not sending isk till a few people confirm this isnt a scam ;)..
and if it is a scam then sigh.. I hope people realise that ccp ip trace these types of scams and remove all accounts and return all isk ..

you are trading with a 1 day old alt ...this is a general warning...you may want to consider the possibility of a scam here ...

Nice advice, but if I would trade such things I wouldnt do it with my main either.
Anyway, same as DeO... paid before DT, 30min convo after DT without any answer and then... Missis ISK is either offline or otherwise unreachable....
Don't buy here. 290mil bye bye...

still waiting for the codes :) . If it is a scam don't care about the scammer, just petition to get your isks back.

AFAIK its a legal requirement that CCP back the sales via the forums against fraud, as CCP via ISD have not inhibited this sale i would say its classed the same as character sale.
IMHO both are bad, but to give x hundred isk to a few days old alt in the hopes of getting a time code... then you need some trust guidance.
BTWim offering for sale a full box of 30 day time codes (50), send me 10bn isk and ill give you the codes..... honest :/

The nature of selling ETC's is frow'd on really badly..
That's why most of the people in the past "when it was going on 1-2 years ago" were usually never main players.
If someone wanted to make isk selling ETC's they bought then I would easily expect them to make an alt account to sell these..
Bad form on my (and these other guys too) side.. Sure.. But it's easily understandable too
and btw, 10b is overpriced for 50*30 ;P .. Mayb about 3~3.5b
