will you be able to kill the guy in empire, if he killed you in 0.0? or its just in low sec?

If he kills you in 0.0, you don't get revenge, AFAIK. It's only if he killed you 'illegally' and since 0.0 is lawless...

From the looks of things, if he kills you in 0.0 its not going to matter, as thats not classed as unlawful. Therefore Eye for an eye might not apply.
But if its 0.1 or above you got unlawfully killed thats where it comes into effect. Then you can kill him anywhere.

Those are "technically" 0.0 but in fact are more like .4739 sec status or whatever and are rounded down. So they are in fact .1 security so that means u still can be shot at by sentry guns and still lose sec status for shooting people here as well as being criminally flagged.
Due to that, i would say quite confidently that the eye for an eye would apply to empire 0.0 kills.
