My favorite killright stories usually begin with some good old fashioned intra-corporation violence.

Heroic newbro A joins B's mining corp. A starts shooting up a mining operation in highsec while CONCORD just laugh.

B shoots back, and a heroic person C outside the corporation sees B shoot A, and starts providing A neutral repairs.

B shoots C and gets CONCORDOOKENED. Then C finds B a week later when B is out in an Orca, and activates their killright and blows up the Orca.

Justice is served for illegal violence against our hero C.

Ally'mate of mine popped a newb barge in low sec without finishing the job. Being the good guy that I am I decided to clean the mess up for him random pod

Some time later I pop a newb in a merlin. He immediately returns for revenge to find me at a station. I assume that activating the kill rights from the random pod was an attempt to avoid sentry fire. Fair enough. But then he shoots me a duel request, saving me from sentry fire as well.

So, during a day of scamming in Jita, I see a flashy freighter undock from Jita 4-4.
Instantly I think 'Ah another killright some idiot has activated too early...'
I target freighter and see that everyone is pouring damage onto him

I add him to contacts for later and realise '....oh hell he's offline!..'
Quickly, I start shooting and it dies.

A month goes by and I see a pod with 0isk killright autopiloting to Jita, I save it to contacts, for later but he unfortunately got pod ganked.

I head back to Jita and wait around scamming, when I see this guy again. I get into fast tackle ready for him and he undocks a badger and insta warps to a moon, I follow and land right on him, activate killright and bam; tackled.
Instantly he opens convo and begins begging, I ignore his plea's, kill ship and pod.

Looking at the wreck we just see a courier package and think nothing of it, until I look at the killmail.

That's right the bugs don't want to be out there either and won't stay out unless you make them. The only reason bears don't live in your house for example is because you'd shoot them.

Why do you only go camping maybe twice a year?

An Orca undocks from Jita 4-4, Ace Gunnery realizes the pilot has a 10 million isk killright and waits for him to warp away. The orca is bumping off the station, not warping... this goes on for minutes. Ace realizes the Orca pilot initiated warp and went afk, so he brings out his Machariel and bumps the Orca off station so it would warp.

Orca warps to a planet of all places. Ace calls it out on comms and BadCo NZ pursues in an Ashimuu. They find the Orca at a planet point and hold him attempting a ransom. The Orca pilot decides he's gonna try and make a run for it, ejecting his Tengu from the Orca then jumping out the Orca in his pod.

Ace and BadCo seen this scenario too many times and point both ships, while Ace quickly points the pilot's pod and kills him.

They warp in an Orca pilot alt, scoop the Tengu and head back to Jita 4-4 where they sell everything and make a tidy profit of 1.9 billion isk.

I use merlins typically, just because the locals in Amamake think killing it will somehow have an effect on my K:DR (because that's important) or will somehow sway my efficiency lower than 99% (because these metrics are important).

Watching them harp about killing it though, and the fact that I spent 4m on a cyno ship never gets old.

so the other day when I was in my home system you all know the one

we had an obelisk jump through with a 10 mil kill right on it. so we bumped it off and killed it
shame it was empty tho.

the best part is I got 12 mil back from someone in local so i got a free obelisk kill
and I'm 2 mil up \o/ win win lol.
