Ive tried piracy and I've tried the big alliance thingy. Atm im kinda bored with eve. But I would like to have the opertunity to just log on and find someone to kill. Sure theres is allways 0.0 but in most cases you will encounter some form of gank squad+you have to make to many jumps not to mention that if youre alone the best thing would be to travel in a fast frigate etc.
I would like the option to just "buy my way" into a war. Lets say 2 alliances are fighting and I decide I want to help kill one of the sides though im in a npc corp atm. All I would need to do is pay a little fee to Concord and I could start looking for them close to where my agents are.
Needless to say the targets I pick would be able to fight back.
Having to live on, one knows better than to value life too much.

Hmm, honestly, that does sound like a very cool idea.
Maybe this could be combined with the "bounty" system somehow - say, I want someone killed, I put a bounty on the person's head and someone then "claims" the right to kill said person anywhere - empire, low sec, deep space - without a security hit. Obviously, both the person who placed the bounty and the person on whose head the bounty was placed on receive a mail saying "XXX has agreed to kill YYY."
Maybe a share of the bounty would get paid to Concord for turning a blind eye to the fights in low/high security systems?

Yes very good!
I belive this would give more love to the lone wolf's in the game and others that dont want to be apart of the whole political machine that domintes alot of eve.

this could make for some problems though. A small corp could declare war onto a group of people they dont like, and could then get all their freinds to join in for a fraction of the cost. Also, alliance wars would be more numerous, as they could just split the cost in however many ways.

Good point. The declerations should have some limitasions to them to prevent just that.
