Quote: Jovian admiral Ouria known to have the Jovian disease After research by the Jovian elders into recent crimes committed towards other races by their beloved admiral Ouria they have come to the conclusion that Ouria has become infected by the Jovian disease. The Jovian directorate has from this moment put Ouria into exile. Being cunning, Ouria knew that his brothers would find about his infection and had already started planning his escape from Jovian space. Ouria and nine of his brothers, all known to be high ranked officers within the Jovian Navy that have fought with him since the old war against the Amarr empire, are known to have set up bases deep inside the Stain region. The Jovian directorate also admits that the exiles have stolen some blueprints from their labs. CONCORD had already placed a bounty of 100 million ISK on Ouria's head and after the public announcement from the Jovian directorate they have added 10 million ISK on the heads of his brothers. They should be listed as bounties at all stations later today. CONCORD also warns about fighting Ouria and his brothers because of advanced technology they have and that fights against them could last for days.
Hmm, interesting that they set up in stain region eh....rather than somehwere totally unpopulated. Ok, time for a few conspiracy theories . Are the Jove being assisted by the Stain Alliance? Or is it possible MASS have bitten of more than they can chew when they attacked Ouria and now he wants his revenge? Comments, theories but keep it clean, no cires of favouratism or anything here, this is to debate about the news not CCPs policies.

well he was in stain last night too, most likely reason is that he wants to remain within the game mechanics - thus needs a populated region with plenty of stations that is 0.0 space - thus stain is a good choice
conspiracy theorists could suggest that the TTi buyoff for the laser wasnt money or anything of the sort, but an assurance that when people started to get slaped, it would be their major rivals in stain rather than themselves..... hehe i think i've had too much beer.
shame we all can't go hunting the monkey thou, since we have to run the stain defences first (where did i leave my cloaked vessel) so iguess i'll just sit here spanking instead of hunting

Well, it's not only him, it's a total of 9 skilled jovian pilots.
But of course we will kill them. The stain alliance rules applies to Jovians as well

It is a shame the majority of the playerbase will be unable to attck him, seeing as he is in stain. I have no doubt at all that the SA will have the region on lockdown within the day, claiming it will be for safety reasons, so that you do not get hurt. Ofc in reality its only so they can keep the jove tech for themselves when they eventually destroy them
Im not against alliances, but I am very jealous they will be the ones allowed to hunt these jove scum, although I wonder if even the mighty SA can handle 10 jove battleships.......

If Stain would lend me a day-pass, I'd be happy to help track and murder Ouria :)

I'll be coming down to Stain in an alt with a shuttle to take some movie footage if I can find some action =) I ask SA not to pod my alt when he's down there, as I can't really do much harm in a shuttle. I will send them a message giving them the name of my alt and periodically my whereabouts, as long as they promise not to send me home in a pod ;)
