i believe that if the person owning the account contracts back the stolen property and offers an apology to the ~14-20k nerds he pissed off the blacklist on the character could be negotiated.
if you're serious about buying this character, i suggest you already be -10 to TEST alliance and friends. =) |

I would be very cautious buying any of these toons as they have all been burned by someone who has admitted to being a spy, committing alliance theft and in game investor fraud.

Just an FYI, as entertaining as it would be, I biomassed Selkie Dream about 4 months ago.
You can try to find her if you'd like, I figured I'd spare you the trouble.
All other characters are for sale. Chell's hope thread will be up soon, Xalia Roland is getting JDC V before being sold (Let's be honest, a JF pilot isn't going to be at risk), and the rest, well, I'll get what I can for them. Otherwise they'll be biomassed.
