there is going to be speed cameras places at some gates to improve the space lane safety, for there are too many accidents or close calls.A Space Lane-rule enforcement camera is a system including a camera and a ship-monitoring device used to detect and identify ship disobeying a space lane rule or space lane rules. examples Speed cameras (or safety cameras) for identifying Ship travelling over the legal speed limit.
plus there is going to a Congestion Charge it is a fee for Ship entering the popular area. The daily fee of 8M ISK must be paid by the registered owner of a Ship that enters, leaves or moves around within the Congestion Charge zone between 7am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. If the charge is not paid by 10pm on the day of travel the charge is increased to 100M ISK: this is intended to cut the number of last-minute payments. Failure to pay by midnight means a fine of at least 500 BILLION ISK. |

NEWS UPDATE!!! Mobile Speed Cameras in Asteriod Belts
Systems can be Concord drone mounted. On Concord drone systems, cameras and radars or lasers are fixed to a Concord drone . When deployed, the Concord drone is parked beside a Asteriod Belt, and any speeding ships flying past are photographed for speeding. |

If u lived in England, you'd know about Congestion Charges and Speed Cameras.
But if you lived in Enlgand and were an intelligent and moral person, you wouldn' be a speeder, or the type of person who drives thru the middle of the biggest city in Europe at rush hour.
I can see why people in this country complain about the cameras and charges etc, but if not not being a complete kn*b or breaking the law, then you got nothing to worry about! :-)

It's called excise on fule, it's called VAT on car sales, it's called 30-40% off our salary, it's the car license which you have to have for each car despite the fact you can only drive one at a time, it's called VAT on insurance... it's having to have insurance...
Pity I can't pod Ken and the rest of them. 
Perhaps CCP will introduce some more ISK sinks for us.

the reason for this is, i was sick of reading macro's, lag and other stuff, so i want to have a cheer unimporants theard.
ps these are not just for england only for what i understand is the downunder people have it too, but i don't know for sure for i never been there |

due to poor placesment of speed cameras this has happen.
a Recent pic of a well built up area of ships . please be very greatful that yout wasn't apart of this. i wish i was that scrap merchant there could of been alot of zydrine in there |
