Eh, I doubt that's goi8ng to happen.
You can build any T1 ship you will ever need with a month of skill training.

Originally by: Galento You are so nieve, he IS an ebay isk seller, not a fraud, how do i know? Because he is one of the sellers i target most often when i buy isk just so i can get their name and report it to ccp, he delivers the isk.
Do not believe his lies.

Originally by: Galento wherever it is actually allowed or not is beyond me, all i know is the isk ive received from them has not been taken from me, and ive made plenty of petitions, gotten through to manya gm, ive even explained to them exactly what i am doing, buying the isk just so i could report it. i got told buy one gm that i shouldnt feel the need to buy the isk as ccp will not refund my money.
In that case, upgrade your clone and make sure you don't owe any rent to station services. I forsee the mother of all overdrafts.

Is there still such a thing as an Empire mining corporation?
I started out in one, a year and a half ago. Are they really gone? Is all ship manufacture now facilitated by bulk buy orders filled my macros?

Originally by: Dark Shikari I haven't seen any real empire mining corps in months... perhaps you are right.
That would be really sad.
Don't get me wrong, I love blowing them up, but it was a culture thing, you know. I know a few ship manufacturers, and they don't mine, just maintain a procurement budget instead. Get everything delivered to station.

So why do you buy your ISK for real money online?

Originally by: Erik Pathfinder Has anyone considered that some eBayers may be very rich veteran players who want to turn their extra ISK they don't use, into cash? Has anyone considered that some macroers (while despicable) may just be farming ISK for their veteran main? Not sure if my 2nd question has much relevance, but surely macro-miners aren't the only ones who have ever thought of selling ISK for money?
Few veterans would do that, because they have too much to lose. They have invested time and emotional energy into the game. There is no question of a bit of cash on the side. Farming games for cash is done by people with no stake to begin with.

You are really new to the forums if you say you have never seen people moan about the distribution of T2 item production. The rest of your points are just flamebait.

Originally by: Pooka Will the "farmers" be able to farm ISK from our server and sell it to players on thire own server when it is up and running??
PLZ say it can't happen plz......
Neither ISK nor minerals will be transferable between the servers. The only media available would be timecards and RL money. Potentially, they could farm our server legally (sweatshops), dump the ore for ISK, sell the ISK to players here for RL money (illegally), then use the RL money to buy in-game items on the new server (legally).
As well as raking in vast profits, currency valuations are such that money made off European players on this server will be sufficient to buy the galaxy on the Chinese one. Which would screw honest players on the China server in equal measure.

Originally by: shakaZ XIV But why would they want to do this, considering the demand for isk is probably going to be much higher on an euro/american server? (Western people --> more IRL money to spend?)
Yes, the bulk of the profits is in what they are doing now. I'm just replying to speculation on how a transfer of assets between servers could be achieved. Not very easily, as you can see.

LOL, I'm docked in a station with 66m Trit on sale at 1.8 ISK per unit and two dozen macros outside, and guess who comes into Local?
A guy with Freighter Builder in his bio.
Yeah, I think it's fair to say the bulk of the mineral flow into the economy is now dominated by cheaters.

Shadow Mancer, your hostile attitude is every bit as unhelpful.
