doubt it with the science skills he has, but because he has sceince lvl5 and nearly 6 in standings with Lai Dai you can start them with a few skills to low lvl's

She currently does not have any research agents, but she can be trained very quickly in the research science skills that the R&D agents require. She does have a 6.35 standing with Caldari State.
