Hello , just want to ask , it's possible to build Dread in 0.9 or 0.8 ??? Lets take for example building location Jita , and for example i need to deliver it to 0.3 , and it's about 14-16 jumps . Or it's needed to be build within 2-5 jumps to low sector ???? 
Sorry for my english  , need to learn it one day

it needs to be pretty close i think - nt sure exactly how far. there is an appilication round here that calculates the distances
i believe jump distance is reliant on skills, so you might need higher skills in order to get out.
IIRC, i think jump distances are getting increased in RMR (but i could have completley made that up, can't remember atm)

14-16 jumps from what i know is far far to long, you need to be few jumps to low sec, im not 100% sure as i dont care about dreadnoughts, but i heared enough crying about moving dread

Just build the dread in jita and you'll have the ultimate mining ship.

if you have the skills, they behave just like a normal ship except they can use a jumpdrive but can't use jump gates.
