I'm selling this char since I'm not playing much anymore so I'll just keep my main.
You currently have 94 skills and 20,223,252 skill points
Attributes
Int : 22
Perc : 20
Cha : 10 (haven't trained t2 skills so can be easily improved)
Will : 11 ( - // - same)
Mem : 24
Link to skills etc
Intelligence, memory and perception +3 implants
Gallente Frig,cruiser at lvl 5, can fly HaF, ready for HaC (just needs the skill)
Iteron 5 capable
Also the usual mining/building crap at lvl 5 along with other useful skills
So...
Starting Bid 2bil
Buyout price 4bil
I don't have a reserve price, but I do reserve the right to extend the auction or not to sell if it hasn't reached my idea of a "fair" price 
Auction ends at Sunday 27 Nov 2005, at 23.00 Eve time.
Normal 15min sniper rule apply.
I will pay the char transfer fee and give the char as soon as I get the isk.
Bear in mind that I might not be around at that time, don't worry I'll convo the winner -if any- when I get on. So don't panic

Sorry just came home from work.
I'm afraid a bid of 2bil does not meet my expectations so I have to decline.
